We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Trade Supervisor to lead our overseas sales and trading operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent English speaker with a proven track record in global trade, B2B sales, and international client management. You will be responsible for developing international markets, managing cross-border transactions, and driving our global business growth. Consistently developed and expanded the overseas client base, successfully achieving monthly new client acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international business opportunities, and formulate strategies to expand our global footprint.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners; handle key account negotiations and contract signings.
Market Analysis: Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and international trade policies to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Supplier Discovery & Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers through market research, industry networking, and RFIs/RFPs. Conduct thorough assessments of their financial stability, production capacity, quality control systems, and compliance with company standards.
