Interracial couple (French-Chinese) is looking for a nice, clean, social enough roommate to share a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. (total 108 sqm)
The bedroom is available from July 1st;
Long term preferred !
The apartment is located in Berlin Philarmonic Residence, between Huangqu and Changying subway stations (line 6, 30min by subway from Sanlitun), in Chaoyang District, Beijing East 5th ring,
10 min away from the Huangqu subway station (line 6) and 15min walking to Changying subway station (line 6).
Solana and Joy city are also close by subway.
I work in the surroundings and my partner is working is Sanlitun.
There are Auchan supermarket and Paradise Walk Shopping center (one of the biggest mall in the East of Beijing) with lots of businesses and facilitie : restaurants, bars gyms not far from the residence.
Each bedroom get a big dressing, sofa, bed and others.
We will be sharing one big living room, an opened kitchen, and a bathroom . Me and my partner occupy the other bedroom.
Kitchen is quite furnished so it\'s quite convenient if you are new in town, we are happy to share everything (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine), as long as you remain everything clean ! :-)
The bedroom to rent is about 16 sqm, with a window facing South.
Rent : 3400RMB/ payment every 3 months negotiable. + shared bills (water, electricity and gas, around 150/month)
No agent fee.
