I am so excited to be living in Albania for 3 months this summer for an internship, but there are no other American students coming with me, and this will be my second time ever traveling internationally. This is also my first time doing a lot of other things:

• First time living alone
• First apartment
• First time living somewhere without clean drinking water
• First time having no Americans with me
• First time visiting a developing country in terms of economy and infrastructure

Does anyone have any tips for me for how to cope with all of these new experiences and how to not be lonely? Thank you!
