Keep good communication with sub-contract, customer and internal department;
Daily Customer Relations Management, report all the status request by customer and resolving the complaints.
Monitor and help subcontractor operation team to improve service level, maintain operational performance & customer satisfaction;
Compile Daily report to customer, KPI report generating, billing summary generating, internal Reports making. Ensure
KPIs and billing statement preparation timely and accurately
Communication with customer if any urgent issues.
Collect and analyze feedback from and to customers
Prepare other reports internally required
Responsible on system operation;
Keep system data accurately, and generate reports from system
Performs any other duties assigned by direct report line
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years logistics management experience in the logistics industry;
Good communication skills and a team player
